A congregation may apply to become a member congregation of ULMA by providing an official letter affirming that the voters' assembly and the pastor(s) of the congregation uphold the ULMA Constitution and ULMA's Constitutional Guidelines for Mission Congregations. The items below may be provided within the letter or on a separate page. For your convenience we have this information in a text file which may be downloaded for use in any word processing package.
