St. Luke's who allowed Agnus Dei to use their facilities from their initial

+ + + Summer General Meeting in August + + +
The summer ULMA General
Meeting was held on Saturday, August 23rd at Pilgrim Lutheran
Church in Decatur, Illinois. Pilgrim is one of the co-founding
congregations of ULMA. It was our largest meeting to date! More details are
available within this news release.
Rev. James Shaw presented a
paper regarding his role as Missionary at Large. We are
pleased to share it. The paper is entitled, An Island for Misfit Lutherans.
Note: This paper will open as a separate webpage in PDF format.
If you want to see ULMA in
action, the General Meeting is the place to be. Past visitors have commented on
the benefit of attending our meetings in person. It provides the best
opportunity for exchanging ideas, fellowship, and getting to know the ULMA members
and pastors. However, we understand how distance and lack of resources can
limit travel to our meeting sites. There are other options available. Anyone
interested in participating as an observer at any upcoming meetings and/or
Q&A session should contact one of the ULMA Member
Congregations. Sign up for our news
releases for the dates of upcoming meetings.
